How long will my delivery take?

We deliver anywhere within the North and South Island of New Zealand, including rural addresses.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery costs are included in the product price of $33.
Why hasn’t my product arrived?
You may want to check your tracking code on your confirmation email to see where your product is, or alternatively contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they can follow up for you.
Will my product be delivered if no one is home?
For safety reasons, products will not be delivered without a signature from someone who is over 18, a card will be left by the postman should nobody be home, you can then arrange pick up through Courier Post NZ
